Red Fox Learning Studio believes that children are innately curious, creative and natural investigators of their world. When given the space to explore, children build their capacities for expression, meaning-making and imagination.
Our learning philosophy is inspired by Reggio Emilia and firmly rooted in the belief that arts-based inquiry is an effective means for practicing academic skills such as literacy, critical thinking and problem-solving.
Red Fox programs will support your child to:

Our Programs
After School Studio
Our after school programs are offered in eight-week blocks throughout the school year. Each eight week block introduces children to a topic that they choose to explore through a range of mediums. Sessions culminate in an exhibit for the community.
Children can attend two, three or four days per week from 3-6 p.m.
Week long opportunities for students ages 4-10 to explore a theme in a material rich environment. Students spend time exploring the neighborhood, playing at Grange Park and the Lillian Smith Library. Week long programs are offered during March break and summer.
Camp Studios
Caregiver/Child Studios
Caregiver/child studios offer a weekly opportunity for infants and toddlers to experience the Reggio Emilia approach alongside their caregivers and our teachers. These sessions are offered as six-week programs and meet once or twice per week.
Red Fox is committed to economic justice and offers discounted rates according to the government of Canada Low-Income Guidelines. We are an accessible building with free parking behind the building.
